在Mini/Micro 顯示賽道，國星光電將重磅推出全球首發的 MIP+模組+GOB一體化封裝解決方案。該方案覆蓋P0.6-P1.5微間距顯示領域，為高端顯示、會議屏等提供“即插即用”的工業級解決方案。
In Mini/Micro display track, Nationstar will launch the world's first integrated packaging solution of MIP+module+GOB. This solution covers the P0.6-P1.5 micro pitch display field, providing a "plug and play" industrial grade solution for high-end displays, conference screens, and more.
另外，現場還將展出全系列MIP路線產品，覆蓋P3以下全場景應用，全面賦能Mini/Micro顯示應用商業化落地。
